The James Clarence and Ruth Siddoway Scholarship
James Clarence Siddoway and Ruth Bean Siddoway were the parents of Theodore "Ted" Siddoway who established a perpetual scholarship in honor of his parent's legacy.
As a child, Ted was enrolled in Teton Elementary and Madison High School where he graduated in 1943. He was inducted into the US Army Air Corps, and received training as a Navigator. Ted attended both Stanford and Harvard, graduating in 1953 with a Master's Degree in Architecture.
Ruth Bean Siddoway had a passion for education and encouraged all of her children to go on and get a higher degree.
JC Siddoway was a successful businessman, rancher, and farmer. He served in the Idhao State Legislature. He was a very generous man and provided financial aid as well as back for people of the Upper Snake River Valley.
A scholarship in their memory is a fitting tribute.
