Contacting the Madison Education Foundation

Below you will find a contact list organized by positions. For general questions you can contact any member of the Board. For more specific questions contact either the President, Executive Secretary, or the Treasurer.

The President of the Madison Education Foundation is responsible to set the direction of the Foundation during his/her term. He/she becomes the face of the Foundation and represents the Foundation in community and civic events.

The Vice President of the Madison Education Foundation is elected with the understanding that he/she will automatically become the President for the following year. He/she represent the President when the President is unavailable.

The Executive Secretary of the Madison Education Foundation keeps the records of the Foundation. He/she is responsible for proper follow up of the plans, activities,and projects of the Foundation. He/she is also the primary contact person on the Board.

Under the direction of the Board of Directors, the Treasurer of the Madison Education Foundation is responsible for the investments, and general accounting of the Foundation. He/she manages the financial books and maintenance of the various accounts in the Foundation.

Board Members volunteer and are appointed for terms of three (3) years. They may be reappointed for subsequent terms. Board Members fill various assignments, advise the Executive Committee, and help communicate with the community about the goals, projects and needs of the Foundation.
